EVALUATION & PROMOTION RULES

1. Parents will be kept informed regularly about the progress of their wards in academics, games and sports, CCA etc.
2. CCE has been implemented w.e.f. October 1, 2009. The entire syllabus is divided into two terms.

• First Term: April to September having FA – 1, FA-2 and SA-1
• Second Term:  October to March having FA-3 FA-4 and SA 2.

1. For promotion the student is required to secure D grade in each subject and D grade in aggregate.
2. Class attendance of 75% is a condition for promotion.
3. There will be no re-examination in the event of absence on account of any reason including medical.

LEAVE RULES

1. Absence without leave is seriously viewed and in case of six consecutive days of absent the name of the pupil shall be stuck off the Rolls. He/She would be reemitted after he/she has paid all the discretion of the Principal.
2. Leave should be taken in advance. In case of sickness or other unforeseen circumstances the student’s returning to school must show the class teacher their application written by the parents or guardians.
3. All are expected to attend school on the last day and opening day before/after the Summer Vacation, Puja Vacation & Winter Break.
4. A student returning to school after suffering from an infectious disease should produce a doctor’s certificate permitting him to resume his studies in the school.
