- Students seeking admission to the school are to get their names registered around mid December till March Next Year. Admissions are done purely on the basis on Admission Teat / Interview and merit.
- The registration fee is not refundable and registration is no guarantee for admission.
- Children seeking admission to LKG, UKG should have attained the age of 3-4 years on the 1st April. For higher classes the age should correspondingly match.
- The Selection is based on Entrance Test / Interview or both. No Entrance Test/ Interview for LKG & UKG
- The following certificates are to be submitted along with the admission form:
- Birth Certificate (Issued by competent authority)
- Transfer Certificate (where applicable)
- Medical fitness certificate from registered MBBS doctor.
- Migration certificate ( for students other than CBSE New Delhi)
- Student seeking admission to classes VI to IX must be reading in a n affiliated school & counter signed TC from DEO & Progress Report Cards of class passed from previous school are must.
- In case of MTPS employee the admission form must be certified by the concerned authority of MTPS Kanti.
- Overall growth observation, self – reliance are the main considerations for the admission.
- Fee has to be deposited within seven days of selection, failing which the seat(s) will be allotted to the next waiting candidate(s)
SYLLABUS FOR ADMISSION Test
Classes: I to IX / X / XI Comm.
The applicant of respective class will be examined from the syllabi of NCERT of the preceding Class i.e. a student seeking admission to class VII will be examined from the NCERT syllabi of class VI.
The subjects of examination will be Maths, Hindi & Eng., for classes I to V Maths, Hindi, Sanskrit, English & Science for classes VI to VIII Maths, English , Hindi / Sanskrit & Science for Classes IX & X, Maths, Economics & English for Classes XI Comm.
N.B. : Admission to class X as per CBSE Norms. Progress – Report Card of Class IX passed from an affiliated school and counter – signed TC from DER / RO CBSE are must along with the permission from the chairman CBSE.
SESSION
The school Session is from April to March.
PAYMENT OF FEES
- A fee card will be given to each student to keep a record and the fee will be accepted only on producing the same.
- Fees once paid will not be refunded on any ground whatsoever..
- All parents must be made in cash against printed receipts only.
- Fee receipts must be kept in safe custody as these may be required for verification.
- Mode of Payment of Fees:
- Upto 15th of the month of all working days.
- Upto 25th of the month with late fee fine Rs. 20/- with the fee of the month.
- Fee will not be accepted after 25th of each month.
- Arrears of the fee of the last month will be accepted upto 15th of the next month with late fine of Rs. 50/- only.
- Name of the defaulter will be struck off the school roll, if fee is not paid for 2 months without any intimation to the concerned authority.
- A. Re-admission may be accepted on payment of all the arrears of fee with readmission charges Rs. 200/- along with the fee of the current month upto 15th of the month with the permission of the Principal.
B. Advance Fee on Quarterly, Half-yearly & Annual basis is also accepted.
- The annual charges and Misc. charges are payable in the month of April every year for the session.
- The fee for the month of June is to be deposited along with the fee for the month of May.
- The fee for the month of March will be charged before the commencement of Annual Examination – SA 2.
- The bus fare for the month of May and June which will be for half month of each is to be deposited in the month of May itself.
- Please do pay exact amount at the time of paying school fee.
- Please ensure paid amount before leaving fee counter. No complaint will be entertained later on.
- Pray do not pay a rupee even without having printed receipt.
N.B.: For Withdrawal from the school from April application for getting TC must reach us before 15th March Every Year to avoid paying all the charges and fee of April.
