Parent-teacher contact and co-operation are essential for complete and harmonious development of the student’s personality. Careful planning, constant vigilance and guidelines on the part the Parents/ Guardians pay rich dividends. Please observe the following points in the interest of your wards:

1. Use the school diary as a means of communication with the class teacher and check the diary for the homework.
2. See that your ward has all the text books items of stationery, Craft materials, etc. right in the beginning of the session.
3. Ensure that your ward comes to the school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.
4. Send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application.
5. Both the Parents must attend the Parent-Teacher Meet.
6. Sign the test copies/papers as and when sent home. Collect the progress Report for  the Class – Teacher personally.
7. Intimate the school in case of change in address, telephone numbers.
8. Help in developmental work of the school whenever necessary.
9. Do not sent the child to school in case of an infectious disease and a medical certificate should be furnished from a competent authority at the time or rejoining the school after illness.
10. Do not walk into the class room or meet the teacher directly. Please see the teacher with prior appointment though the Principal/ Incharge.
11. Do not sent money or valuable articles with the students.
12. Please do not send the fee with the driver, conductor or any other member of the staff of the school.
13. Students coming late may not be permitted to attend the classes.
14. Visitor’s book should be signed by every visitor while entering and exiting the school premises.
15. No student will be allowed to attend his/her classes in the new session without showing PRC to the concerned Tr.I/c.
16. Bringing Mobile/Electronic Gadgets in the school is Prohibited.
